Since its inception, MKI as a firm has been responsible for analysis of property and infrastructure investments totaling more than $5 billion in value, including several large transit projects in the country and many high-value, high-density development sites in Toronto. Across various service offering, our work ranges from organizational capacity building to cost-benefit analysis, spanning real estate, land use, transportation, program evaluation, and management - but is always characterized by the linking of disciplines to transform information into knowledge.
